Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Workforce Planning Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Workforce Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize advanced statistical methods and workforce management tools to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
    • Prepare and present comprehensive reports that summarize findings and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements aligned with business goals.
    • Develop and maintain workforce models that project hiring needs based on business trends, employee turnover, and market conditions.
    • Assist in the development of long-term workforce strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.
  3. Data Management:
    • Manage and maintain accurate workforce data within the HR information system and other relevant databases.
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.
    • Create and manage dashboards that visualize key workforce metrics and support decision-making processes.
  4. Reporting and Metrics:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
  • Proficient in workforce management software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, Python) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
