Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize advanced statistical methods and workforce management tools to forecast staffing needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports that summarize findings and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand current and future workforce requirements aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain workforce models that project hiring needs based on business trends, employee turnover, and market conditions.
- Assist in the development of long-term workforce strategies that support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Data Management:
- Manage and maintain accurate workforce data within the HR information system and other relevant databases.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency through regular audits and validation processes.
- Create and manage dashboards that visualize key workforce metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure workforce effectiveness and operational efficiency.

- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or a related role, preferably in a virtual or remote environment.
- Proficient in workforce management software and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, SAS, Python) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
