Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze current and future workforce needs based on business growth projections, market trends, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish workforce planning priorities and objectives.
- Resource Allocation:
- Oversee the allocation of remote workforce resources to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor and adjust resource allocation based on project demands, employee performance, and changing business needs.
- Develop and maintain scheduling frameworks to balance workload and maximize team performance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
