About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated HR Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic HR Consulting:
    • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support their business goals.
    • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps in current HR practices and recommend targeted interventions.
    • Assist clients in defining their HR vision, mission, and values, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
  2. Workforce Planning and Talent Management:

Qualifications:
