About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Campus Recruiter to join our growing team. This remote position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruiting, particularly within the campus and early career talent space. As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent from colleges and universities across the country. You will work closely with hiring managers and academic institutions to identify and recruit high-potential candidates who align with our organizational goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract and engage with high-quality candidates from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans for different departments and roles.
- Campus Engagement:
- Establish and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and academic departments to enhance our presence on campus.
- Plan and participate in career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to align recruitment efforts with departmental needs and organizational goals.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate source effectiveness, and diversity of applicant pool.
- Utilize data to refine recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to continually enhance our recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or early career hiring, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and student organizations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
