Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy to attract and engage with high-quality candidates from diverse academic backgrounds.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create tailored recruitment plans for different departments and roles.
  2. Campus Engagement:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and academic departments to enhance our presence on campus.
    • Plan and participate in career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting activities to build a strong talent pipeline.
  3. Recruitment Process Management:
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for campus hires, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in campus recruitment or early career hiring, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
