Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be pivotal in promoting our products and services across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Content Creation and Management:

• Develop engaging and compelling content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
• Ensure content consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Social Media Marketing:

• Manage and optimize our presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with our audience to build brand loyalty.
• Analyze social media metrics and insights to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and search engine rankings.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to enhance organic traffic.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance, and make recommendations for optimization.

4. Paid Advertising Campaigns:

• Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

5. Email Marketing:

• Develop email marketing strategies to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
• Design and implement email campaigns, including creating email templates, writing compelling copy, and segmenting the audience for targeted communication.
• Track email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement: 8th grade to Graduate.
• No prior experience in digital marketing is required; we welcome freshers and individuals looking to transition into this field.
• Age: 18 years to 60 years.
