Job Alert: Digital Marketing Careers Ready for You!
Description
Ready for a Job Where Digital Feels Human?
If you ask five people how they ended up working in digital marketing, none of them will tell the same story. In our team, some showed up because they love writing, others because they’re obsessed with trends, a few wanted to design, and one guy just thought it sounded cooler than banking. There’s no fixed recipe. That’s the point.
Right now, we’re looking for someone who can see what most people scroll past. Someone who doesn’t just follow the latest digital trend—they want to know where it started, and what comes next. If you live anywhere in Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, or Vizianagaram, and you think digital should have a little more personality, we should probably meet.
Where It All Began
A few years ago, three friends sat in a rented flat above a mechanic shop and wondered how to get a city talking about local tea. One campaign and a few hundred WhatsApp forwards later, people were sharing their own tea selfies with us. The rest is, well, still happening. We haven’t stopped chasing ideas since. From memes to mini-documentaries, SEO puzzles to viral shorts—every project is a fresh experiment.
What Actually Happens Here
Let’s be honest: if you want a job where you post pre-written captions on Instagram all day, you’ll get bored fast. This is for people who want to build things from scratch, fix what doesn’t work, and learn on the go.
Maybe you’ll:
- Spot a dull landing page and give it a jolt. Write the post that makes someone laugh out loud on a bus.
- Notice the one small change in Google’s search algorithm that everyone else misses.
- Figure out which emoji actually gets more people to click.
- Start an email thread that people forward to their cousins—because it’s that good.
- Pull together numbers and actually tell us a story, not just a chart.
And when a campaign flops, you’ll probably laugh and try again. Because honestly, that’s where the good ideas come from.
Tools & Tech? You’ll Learn As You Go
We use everything from Canva and Google Analytics to half-scribbled whiteboard plans and those odd late-night brainstorms on WhatsApp. Sometimes we work out of a proper office, sometimes in pajamas at home, and once in a while, on a noisy train.
If you know how to search for answers, or you’re curious enough to ask, you’ll be fine. We care more about how you think than how many tools you know.
Who Fits In
- Education? 8th standard, degree, somewhere in between—it doesn’t matter. Show us how you learn, not what marks you scored.
- Experience? Maybe you’re new. Perhaps you’ve run ten campaigns. Either way, if you spot what others don’t, you belong here.
- Age? 18, 60, doesn’t matter. What matters: your perspective and drive.
- Gender? We don’t care. Bring your whole self. That’s what makes our meetings actually interesting.
What We Offer (Besides the Obvious)
Let’s skip the usual “work-life balance” line. Instead:
- Take risks. Run with ideas, even if they flop. You’ll get honest feedback—no sugarcoating, but plenty of support.
- No one cares where you work from, as long as you show up (virtually or in person) and contribute.
- If you want to move up, we’ll help you build the skills—lead a project, teach us something new, or improve at what you love.
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (based on your work, your spark, your results)
Locations (Meet us if you want, or work remotely):
- Tirupati – Mahal Rd, Bhavani Nagar
- Vijayawada – Near Road Number
- Visakhapatnam – VIP Road To Rama Talkies
- Vizianagaram – RTC Complex Area
How to Apply
Don’t worry about having a perfect resume. Instead, send us something that demonstrates your capabilities. Got a portfolio? Even better. But if not, tell us about a digital moment you created—or just a trend you wish you’d started. We care about the person, not just the application.
Before You Go
We don’t want people who want “a job.” We want people who want to leave their mark, try odd things, maybe even start a digital trend or two. If that’s you, click apply. If not, no hard feelings. (Seriously—why waste your time?)
One Last Thing
Most job posts sound the same. We’d rather you join us for who you are, not for who you think you should pretend to be. We’re still figuring things out every day. The only thing we know for sure: it’s more fun (and a lot more interesting) with the right people.
