About This Role

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you won’t just maintain our online presence—you’ll shape it. What You'll Be Doing (And Why It Matters)

• Create Content That Connects: Craft social media posts, blogs, website updates, and newsletters that people actually want to read. Your words and visuals will inspire, inform, and engage.
• Lead Social Media with Personality: Manage our social presence across platforms with energy and authenticity. You'll foster honest conversations, build community loyalty, and ensure our content stays relevant and fresh.
• Optimize Visibility Through SEO/SEM: Your work here helps ensure our content ranks where it belongs—at the top. From keyword strategy to ongoing optimization, you'll provide our audiences with a way to easily find us (and our clients).
• Turn Data into Direction: Use analytics to measure what works, identify what doesn’t, and recommend smart changes. Your insights will keep us sharp and aligned with our goals.
• Own Campaigns That Deliver: Collaborate on digital marketing strategies that support business growth. From concept to execution, you’ll help bring bold ideas to life across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and email marketing.
