Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

1. Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for social media channels, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms to attract and engage target audiences.
2. Social Media Management: Curate, schedule, and analyze content across social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more. Monitor social media trends and insights to optimize content performance.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements, and analyze website traffic and performance metrics.
4. Paid Advertising: Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ad spending to maximize ROI.
5. Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty. Design visually appealing email templates, segment email lists, and track campaign performance metrics.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Generate regular reports to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, engagement metrics, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to a Graduate degree in any discipline. A background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
