Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing initiatives, playing a pivotal role in promoting our products/services and driving brand awareness. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for digital media will be key in executing successful marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media posts, blogs, emails, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Social Media Management: Manage and monitor social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital assets.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions. Monitor campaign performance and implement strategies for optimization.
- PPC Advertising: Assist in the management of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics across all digital marketing channels. Generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in digital marketing. Leverage insights to inform decision-making and propose innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
