Position: Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Content Creation and Management:
   • Develop compelling and relevant content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

   • Monitor and manage content performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
2. Social Media Marketing:
   • Plan and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive user engagement.
   • Create, schedule, and analyze social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
   • Engage with the online community, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
   • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
   • Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
   • Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to ensure maximum visibility in search results.
4. Email Marketing:
   • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
   • Segment email lists based on user demographics, behavior, and engagement levels to deliver personalized content.
   • Analyze email performance metrics, and A/B test campaigns, and optimize strategies to improve open and click-through rates.
5. Paid Advertising:
   • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
   • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, and optimize ad creatives to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
   • Track and analyze advertising metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for future optimizations.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade to Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
