Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HRBP Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As an HRBP Manager, you will be a strategic partner responsible for aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will work closely with senior management and department leaders to drive organizational success, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture. Your role will involve overseeing HR programs and initiatives, offering expert advice on complex HR issues, and ensuring that HR practices support the company's overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and management teams to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that support those goals.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companyโs strategic direction and enhance organizational performance.
- Talent Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and oversee the recruitment and selection process.
- Implement talent development programs, including leadership training, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Analyze talent metrics and trends to recommend improvements in recruitment and retention strategies.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support on complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, managing grievances, and facilitating resolution processes.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- HR Programs and Initiatives:
- Develop and manage HR programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity.
- Lead or support HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee wellness programs, and organizational change efforts.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, benefits administration, and workplace safety.
- To mitigate risks and ensure current and effective HR policies, keep up-to-date with HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices.
- Performance Management:
- Support the implementation and management of performance appraisal systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and employee development needs.
- Provide managers with training andย resources on performance management techniques, such as goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
- Prepared and presented reports to senior management on HR trends, employee engagement, and other key performance indicators.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to foster open communication and collaboration.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to address HR-related topics and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterโs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record in a business partner role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues and implementing HR programs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
