About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Online Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing online content strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify content opportunities and trends.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various online platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the company website.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for SEO.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute content marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- SEO and SEM Optimization:
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns and other search engine marketing efforts.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media content calendars and strategies.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on content marketing initiatives and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital content marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing strategies, SEO, and social media best practices.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
