Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Develop and implement effective online recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Utilize various online platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Create and optimize job postings to increase visibility and attract suitable candidates.
• Recruitment Process Management:
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection and offer extension.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Candidate Experience:
  • Serve as candidates' primary point of contact, providing a positive and professional experience.
  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates to inform them of their application status.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and recruitment best practices.
• Data and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in online recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role, focusing on online recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms, social media channels, and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and make informed decisions.
• Education:
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in online recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
