Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Attraction:
- Develop and implement effective online recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various online platforms, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Create and optimize job postings to increase visibility and attract suitable candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection and offer extension.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Candidate Experience:
- Serve as candidates' primary point of contact, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates to inform them of their application status.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies to meet those needs.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and recruitment best practices.
- Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving recruitment strategies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in online recruitment.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or similar role, focusing on online recruitment.
- Strong understanding of online recruitment platforms, social media channels, and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and make informed decisions.
- Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in online recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
