Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify organizational needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data and insights from employees at all levels.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a strategic plan for organizational development aligned with the companyโs mission and objectives.
- Set measurable goals and objectives to track the progress and impact of development initiatives.
- Program Development:
- Design, develop, and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.
- Create onboarding programs that facilitate smooth transitions for new hires and reinforce company culture.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformations and ensure smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Develop communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged throughout change processes.
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and recommend actions based on findings.
- Performance Management:
- Collaborate with HR to refine performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation.
- Provide training and resources for managers to manage and develop their teams effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related area.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives and developing training programs.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement practices and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for virtual training and collaboration.
