Position Overview

We seek an experienced and proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and securing top talent across various sectors to meet our company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
   • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
   • To identify potential candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
   • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation
   • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company needs.
   • Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
   • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
3. Relationship Management
   • Build relationships with passive and active candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
   • Engage with potential candidates through various communication methods, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
   • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating precise and timely communication.
4. Collaboration and Coordination
   • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
   • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall recruitment objectives.
   • Manage the candidate tracking system and ensure all candidate interactions are accurately recorded.
5. Data Management and Reporting
   • Maintain and update sourcing metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
   • Analyze sourcing data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment processes.
   • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding candidate information.
6. Continuous Improvement
   • Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
   • Propose and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
   • Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve sourcing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Technical Requirements:
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with online sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
