Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
- To identify potential candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor practices in talent acquisition.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company needs.
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Relationship Management
- Build relationships with passive and active candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Engage with potential candidates through various communication methods, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating precise and timely communication.
- Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on candidate selection.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall recruitment objectives.
- Manage the candidate tracking system and ensure all candidate interactions are accurately recorded.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain and update sourcing metrics and reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sourcing data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding candidate information.
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.
- Propose and implement innovative sourcing techniques to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve sourcing skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful candidate placement.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with online sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
